MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Management Trainee Program is an internship program and job training for professionals in the field of nickel production (Prod), Mine Plan Engineer (MPE), Quality Control (QC), Human Resources, Community Development (Comdev), and the Environment (Enviro). This program is an aptitude for potential future business leaders who would be trained through education, training and apprenticeship.
The MT candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Education min. S1 Mining Engineering Department, Geological Engineering, and Geodesy (For the field of Production and MPE) |

Education min. S1 Engineering Department of Chemistry and Chemical Science Pure (For QC) |

Education min. S1 Department of Psychology, Management, and Law (For HRD) |
|
4 |
Education min. S1 Environmental Engineering Department (For Enviro) |

Education min. S1 Department of Social Sciences, Communication Sciences and Agriculture (For Comdev) |

6 |
Minimum GPA 2.75 |

7 |
Maximum age 25 years (when the moon in July 2010) |

Single (not married) |

Able to communicate in English |

Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia (Kep. Halmahera, North Maluku) |
