Indobara Bahana was established since 1974 to fulfill the Indonesia Market needed for reliable and quality pump, fire system and environmental solution & services inline with the growing and building of county physical development.  During period 1968-1970 brand of EBARA start to launch in this country and continously growth up until now as well known of pump in Indonesia.  Currently company expand the business not only pump, fire system and environmental solution & system but also for the Egineering, Procurement and Contracting.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

The Executive Assistant assist the Executive in the various administrative and coordinating function of all division related to the Executive such as but not limited correspondences, filling of document, preparing report and presentation.

Qualifications:
– Minimum Diploma from Engineering with min GPA 3.00
– Preferable has experience as a personnel assistant or secretary project min 3 years
– Computer literate, good command of English both written and verbal, Mandarin is an advantage
– Must be able to coordinate well with people inside and outside the organization
– Good looking, with height min. 165 cm
– Capable work under pressure, indepence, self confidence
