PT. ITM, Tbk  adalah perusahan Induk (holding Company) batubara terbesar keempat di indonesia.

Berpusat di Banpu, Thailand, perusahaan ini sejak 1983 telah menyebar d berbagai belahan dunia.
ada d Australia, China , Mongolia, Taiwan, Indonesia, dan Thailand.

di Indonesia, ITM sendiri membawahi 5 anak perusahaan. Harga sahamnya termahal di antara perusahaan batubara yang lainnya.
