Kalender dan Persyaratan Jalur Bibit Unggul

Pendaftaran Online: 10  – 20 Juni 2016
Pengiriman Berkas Diterima:22 Juni 2016 jam 16.00 WIB
Pengumuman lolos berkas:11 Juli 2016
Tes seleksi bakat:13-14 Juli 2016
Pengumuman diterima:22 Juli 2016

 

Persyaratan mengikuti seleksi ini antara lain:

  1. Memiliki nilai rata-rata rapor per semester 70 (Skala 100).
  2. Lulus Ujian Nasional
  3. Tidak pernah tinggal kelas
  4. Lulusan 3 tahun terakhir (2014, 2015 dan 2016) dari SMA/MA/SMK/MAK
  5. Pilihan program studi sesuai dengan asal SMA/MA/SMK/MAK, CEK Daya Tampung disini
  6. Memiliki salah satu prestasi atau memiliki sertifikat Juara 1, 2 dan 3 (memperoleh piala atau medali emas, perak, atau perunggu) minimal tingkat nasional dalam bidang olahraga, seni, olimpiade bidang studi, lomba bidang keagamaan, dan/atau prestasi ekstrakurikuler yang diperoleh selama duduk di SMA/MA/SMK/MAK. Mempunyai keahlian/kemampuan luar biasa yang dibuktikan dengan sertifikat atau surat keterangan dari lembaga. Contoh: Hafal Alqur’an minimal 20 juz, penemu teknologi tepat guna, dan lain-lain.

Bukti sertifikat atau piagam kejuaraan sesuai bidang prestasinya harus dilegalisir oleh Dinas Pendidikan atau Kantor Kementerian Agama Tingkat Kabupaten/Kota.

 

Persyaratan yang harus dikumpulkan pada pemberkasan antara lain:

  1. Pas Foto terakhir berwarna (latar belakang warna biru), ukuran 4×6, sebanyak 3 lembar
  2. Fotokopi Ijazah/SKL yang dilegalisir
  3. Fotokopi SKHUN yang dilegalisir
  4. Fotokopi Identitas diri
  5. Fotokopi sertifikat prestasi yang dilegalisir
  6. Fotokopi Rapor Semester 1-6 yang dilegalisir
  7. Kartu Tanda Peserta Pendaftaran
  8. Berkas dimasukkan dalam stofmap dengan warna:
    Merah (Jalur Olahraga),
    Biru (Jalur Seni),
    Kuning (Jalur Sains dan Teknologi).
    Stofmap bagian depan ditempeli cover peserta yang bisa diperoleh saat cetak kartu pendaftaran.
