TINDAK LANJUT PENYESUAIAN UKT TAHAP II

Bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang mengajukan Penyesuaian UKT tahap I dan tahap II dengan jenis penundaan UKT 50% di Aplikasi Penyesuaian UKT dengan menu pengurangan UKT dimohon untuk mengupload:
a. IRS Semester Genap 2021/2022
b. Surat pernyataan yang ditandatangani semua dosen pembimbing dan Kaprodi yang menyatakan proses perkembangan tugas akhir
c. Upload data dukung melalui Aplikasi Penyesuaian UKT (ukt.undip.ac.id) tanggal 4 – 7 Maret 2022

Bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sudah membayar biaya UKT dapat memperoleh pengembalian 50%, permohonan melalui Fakultas dengan syarat :
a. IRS Semester Genap 2021/2022
b. Surat pernyataan yang ditandatangani semua dosen pembimbing dan Kaprodi yang menyatakan proses perkembangan tugas akhir
c. Foto Copy bukti pembayaran UKT
d. Foto Copy buku tabungan Mahasiswa
e. Link Form : bit.ly/UploadBerkasKhususPoin3dan4SE
f. Deadline pengisian form tanggal 7 Maret 2022

Bagi Mahasiswa yang sudah lulus maksimal tanggal 10 Februari 2022, melakukan Penundaan UKT, dan belum membayar dapat mengajukan pengurangan 100%, permohonan melalui Fakultas dengan syarat:
a. Surat Keterangan Lulus (SKL)

c. Deadline pengisian form tanggal 7 Maret 2022
