PROGRAM (MTP) yang merupakan program pendidikan khusus bagi para lulusan sarjana dengan tujuan memenuhi kebutuhan akan future leaders, untuk menghadapi berbagai tantangan di masa mendatang serta mendukung bisnis secara berkesinambungan.

PERSYARATAN UMUM :
• Minimum S-1 dengan IPK > 3.00.
• Fresh Graduates dari S-1 Teknik Kimia,
Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Fisika,
Teknik Sipil, dan Teknik Metalurgi.
• Laki-laki (kecuali Jurusan Teknik Kimia).
• Pengalaman kerja MAKSIMUM 1 tahun – optional.
• Bahasa Inggris aktif.
• Usia maksimum 25 tahun.
• Memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dan mau belajar.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta atau Cilegon.
