PT. BPN Resources adalah perusahaan  yang sangat berkembang dan maju pesat di bidang pertambangan nikel dan batubara, membutuhkan GEOLOGIST ( Kode : ENG-GEO-03)  sebanyak 5 (lima) orang yang handal untuk ditempatkan di lokasi-lokasi tambang PT. BPN Resources, dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut :

A.        Persyaratan Dasar :
1.      Strata 1 (S1) Jurusan Geologi
2.      Usia Maksimum 40 Tahun
3.      Menguasai Komputer dan  Bahasa Inggris
4.      Pengalaman minimal 2 (dua) tahun

B. Kompetensi Tehnis :
1. Pengkajian Geologi, Pemetaan Geologi, Pemboran Geologi dan Percontohan Geologi Kualitas bahan galian.
2. Manajemen Database Geologi, Inteprestasi Geologi, Pemodelan Geologi dan Perhitungan  sumberdaya bahan galian.
3. Geoteknologi Tambang dan Grade Control Q/A
4. Software Geologi :  Geo Frame, Petrel, Trap Tester 6, Surfer, Map Info, Map Source, Google Maps
5. K3LH dan Aplikasinya dalam Eksplorasi.

C.    Kompetensi  Non Tehnis :
1.       Kepemimpinan : Mampu memotivasi, mengorganisasi, dan mengeksekusi  perencanaan
2.       Kerjasama   : Bisa bekerja sama dengan tim kecil maupun tim besar .
3.       Komunikasi : Mampu mempresentasikan dan melaporkan dengan jelas setiap pekerjaannya ke Top Manajemen dan mampu memberikan instruksi yang jelas, cepat  dan tepat kepada anggota tim-nya.
