Dalam rangka meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dan memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan, PT Chemco Harapan Nusantara memberi kesempatan berkarier kepada lulusan Program S1/D3 Teknik Mesin, S1/D3 Teknik Mesin Industri, S1/D3 Teknik Kimia.

Adapun spesifikasi yang harus dipenuhi adalah :

1. Laki-laki dan Wanita max. usia 24 tahun (Prog D-3) dan usia Max. 27 tahun (Program S-1).
2. IPK min 2,75.
3. Menguasai program Auto Cad (Teknik Mesin).
4. Berbadan sehat, visus mata maksimal 3/4 dan tidak buta warna.
5. Memiliki inisiatif tinggi dan dinamis.
6. Dapat bekerja sama dan bekerja di bawah tekanan.
7. Bersedia tinggal di Cikarang Bekasi atau Karawang, Jawa Barat.
8. Mau Bekerja Shift.
9. Dapat mengoperasikan komputer.
