| 1. | At least, the last semester/graduate of bachelor degree student from related study program. |
| 2. | Ready to Join on December 2011 – January 2012 |
| 3. | Posses techical background (Mining & Geologist) |
| 4. | Maximum age: 25 years old |
| 5. | GPA minimum 2.8 |
| 6. | Pass all selection process |
| 7. | Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills |
| 8. | Good communication in both written and spoken english |
| 9. | Good interpersonal and organizational skills |
