Pendaftaran Sertifikasi K3 Konstruksi Kerjasama FT – PU Bina Marga

Sehubungan dengan informasi dari Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga dan Cipta Karya Provinsi Jawa Tengah tentang Kegiatan Penyelenggaraan Pelatihan Tenaga Ahli K3 Konstruksi bagi para mahasiswa lulusan baru (fresh graduate) secara GRATIS yang akan dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus-September 2021 secara online, maka dengan ini diinformasikan kepada para alumni FT untuk dapat mendaftarkan diri dalam program sertifikasi dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:

  1. Merupakan alumni dari Fakultas Teknik UNDIP maksimal lulus Juni 2020;
  2. Menyerahkan Daftar Riwayat Hidup (CV);
  3. Menyerahkan foto copy ijazah/ surat keterangan lulus dan KTP yang masih berlaku;
  4. Menyerahkan pas foto 3×4 sebanyak 4 lembar;
  5. Menyerahkan materai Rp. 10.000,- sebanyak 2 lembar; dan
  6. Berkas dihimpun dalam map biru diberi nama dan nomor hp di halaman depan map

Adapun berkas tersebut dikirimkan langsung melalui bagian Kemahasiswaan dan Alumni Fakultas Teknik, Gedung Baru Dekanat Fakultas Teknik Lantai 1 (up. Farida) serta peserta diwajibkan untuk mengunggah data pada laman http://bit.ly/SertifikasiK3KonstruksiFT paling lambat hari Kamis, 17 Juni 2021.
