Website Undip Raih Ranking Pertama Jawa Tengah dan Tujuh Nasional

Semarang, ft.undip.ac.id – Website/Domain Undip (http://www.undip.ac.id) termasuk website ranking terbaik di tingkat Jawa Tengah dan ranking tujuh tingkat nasional dalam pemeringkatan website versi 4 International College & University (4ICU) versi Januari 2013 seperti dilansir dari situsnya http://www.4icu.org baru-baru ini. Namun demikian, dikabarkan pula bahwa beberapa kampus di Indonesia mengalami penurunan dalam enam bulan terakhir. Kampus-kampus Indonesia yang pernah menembus Top 100 dunia, bahkan kini tak masuk 200 besar versi pemeringkatan World University Rankings dari 4ICU.

Dalam situs tersebut, website atau domain Undip menduduki peringkat 1174 dunia, naik dari peringkat 1401 pada bulan Juli 2012 yang lalu. Peningkatan ranking website/domain Undip ini merupakan hasil kerja keras semua unit dan unsur sivitas akademika di lingkungan Undip. Peningkatan ranking ini juga dapat diartikan sebagai peningkatan kualitas konten dari website-website di lingkungan Undip.

Mengapa demikian?

 

Memang benar ranking 4ICU ini merepresentasikan kualitas konten dan kuantitas pengunjung, karena ranking 4ICU diukur dari jumlah atau trafik pengunjung ke website universitas berdasarkan parameter: (a). Google Page Rank; (b). Alexa Traffic Rank;  Rangking juga ditentukan oleh kualitas konten yang dapat dilihat dari parameter: (c). Majestic SEO Referring domains atau backlink domain, dan (d) Majestic SEO (Citation Flow dan Trust Flow).

 

Peringkat 10 besar Indonesia versi 4ICU Januari 2013 ditempati oleh (berturut-turut dari yang paling tinggi): UGM, ITB, UI, UB, UG, IPB, Undip, UNS, UPI, dan ITS.
