Monday, August 22, 2022, the Faculty of Engineering, Diponegoro University, officially held 100% face-to-face lectures offline. This activity received a positive response from students because many wanted offline classes since they are considered more effective teaching and learning activities.

Moreover, the Faculty of Engineering has various courses, such as practicum and research, which will undoubtedly be much more effective if done offline. “Of course I feel very happy, especially since the first year of college I have never experienced lectures offline. My impression of offline lectures was very fun because I can carry out face-to-face discussions with friends and lecturers and also understand the material presented better,” said Ilmi Tri Zenith, a student of the Environmental Engineering Department.

Effective learning is the key to quality graduates. The Faculty of Engineering strives to provide learning in the best way to prepare students who are competent in their respective fields. This face-to-face lecture can form a more conducive teaching and learning atmosphere so students can comprehensively absorb the material.
