PT Cikarang Listrindo is one of an independent Power Generation companies which are given the trust to manage some of the industry in terms of providing electricity supply.  PT Cikarang Listrindo founded in 1991 located in Cikarang Bekasi, with our 20 yrs experiences, we designed as a power plantation using Gas and Steam with “Combined Cycle” operating system and connected to the Java Bali-PLN interconnection system with 755 MW full capacity. With our 2 new sites in MM2100 & Babelan – Bekasi, we are having 1500 MW in 2017.  Now, we are seeking for talented candidates who are looking for more challenges and better future to join as part our growth for the following position:

OFFICER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
(Code: ODP)
(This program provide training and development of technical skill and soft skill for fresh graduate who have really great passion in Power Plant Business, to become a great Talent in our company)
Requirement:
•      Male/Female, single, max. 25 years old.
•    S1/ D3 Final Semester or S1/ D3 degree from Economy, Accounting, Finance and Banking with min.  GPA 2,75

MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
(Code: MDP)
(This 1 – one- year program provide training and development of technical skill and soft skill for fresh graduate who have really great passion in Power Plant Business, to become great Engineer in our company)
Requirement:
•    Single; Male/Female, max. 25 years old
•    S1 degree from Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering, with min.  GPA 2,75

TECHNICIAN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
(Code: TDP)
(This 1 – one- year program provide training and development of technical skill and soft skill for fresh graduate who have really great passion in Power Plant Business, to become a great Technician in our company)
Requirement:
•    Male/Female, single, max. 24 years old
•    D3 Final Semester or D3 degree from Electrical Eng., Mechanical Eng., Mechatronical Eng., Chemical Eng. or Metrology – Instrumentation Eng. with min.  GPA 2,75
