(23/10) Dean of Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Ir. Mochammad Agung Wibowo, MM, MSc, Ph.D in the presence of the Chancellor and the Senate of Diponegoro University, he expressed in his scientific oration by title “Model Green Supply Chain Management” (GSCM). He said that that construction industry is a crucial sector in development planning process. Construction sector contributed 10.2% to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 2011 and ranks fifth of the nine main sectors contributing to national GDP. In addition, he continued, it was also able to absorb 6.34 million workers (5.3% of the national workforce).

Inauguration was carried out in conjunction with the Inauguration of Professor from the Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, Prof. Dr. Ir. Sutiono, MS. Nowadays, Undip has 124 professors from any various sciences field.
